Questions About Instructor Access

A. In most cases, an instructor will gain access to the ICC Academy the same day the purchase is processed.
A. Of course! You can register additional instructors at any time, remembering that they will get access to the course for the same time frame as your initial instructors.

Questions About Student Options

A. For downloadable student worksheets: Once Beginning Public Speaking student materials are purchased, the instructor will be sent their downloadable student materials. The instructor will need to print these materials for your students.

For online student access: Within 3 – 5 days of student purchases, you will be given information on how to welcome your students to their online course (in A Reason to Speak and Express). Plan on two weeks to familiarize yourself and your students with the online classroom before you start your class.

A. Of course! If they have online access their access will expire at the same time as the expiration date for your initial students, generally one year after purchase of the instructor materials.

A. We are only able to substitute online student enrollment before your course begins. There is a $10 change fee for this service.

A. We are pleased to offer discount pricing for volume purchases. 

  • For those who choose individual student pricing, you may combine the student totals from any of the 3 courses. If you have a total of more than 7 students, get 10% savings.

If you decide to order a license after purchasing materials for individual students, be aware that we cannot refund you for previously purchased students.
