Hi! My name is Elise and I’m 18 years old. Over the summer I tried to make my friends call me Elli, but it didn’t go over so well. I’m a wild and rambunctious adventurer, always looking to make new memories. I love photography and literally every other art-form, although I tend to spend most of my time on watercolor paintings, graphic design, and creative writing. I was born and raised in New Jersey, but I love to travel. I’ve been to 14 different countries (ok, 5 of those were airport visits)... but I am hoping that number will grow.
I’ve been part of the ICC community for quite a while now, (that’s what I say when I can’t remember the exact number of years) and have grown so much, both as a person and as a leader/communicator. I can’t wait to spend a couple of months working with my fabulous teammate, Chloe, as we intern with ICC this coming spring/summer.
My name is Chloe, and while I now live in Michigan, my Louisiana roots will always be a part of me. Playing the piano and spending quality time with people are two of my biggest passions. I like to spend time in the kitchen brewing coffee and cooking or baking (especially when there are potatoes around). I am also very optimistic which comes in handy when you have seven younger siblings.
I have been in ICC for 11 years and one of my favorite leadership roles was serving as a Communication Coach in East Asia in the Fall of 2017. I am ecstatic to get to see what God has in store for me and Elise on this new adventure.
