Cancellation Policy

REGISTRATION

CHANGES

Changes made to completed registrations will incur a $10 change fee.

REFUND POLICY

All registration fees for events, tournaments, or Academy courses are refundable in accordance with the following cancellation policy:

Within 72 hours of registration

  • 100% of registration fee is refundable upon receipt of written notification.

Prior to the published start date

  • 90% of registration fee is refundable upon receipt of written notification.
  • Food and housing portions of a registration are not refundable within one week of the event.
  • Events with pre-event training will be refunded less the cost of the training once training has begun.

Day of the published start date

  • No refunds, deferrals, or transfers.

Donations or scholarships applied to registrations will not be refunded to the individual.

Refunds cannot be applied toward future registrations.

Credits < $10 will not be refunded.

PRODUCTS, INCLUDING ICC CURRICULUM

MEMBERSHIP

With a written request for cancellation sent to peoplecare@iccinc.org:

  • Up to 72 hours, 100% of Family Fee and membership fees are refundable
  • Up to 30 days, 90% of all fees are refundable.
  • After 30 day, there is no refund on New Family fee or membership fees.

WEATHER POLICY

ICC desires to provide the full benefit of the training experience to attendees. Our Adverse Weather Policy addresses issues that arise in the event of inclement weather.

RETURNED CHECK POLICY

There is a $20 fee for all returned checks.

CHRISTIAN CONCILIATION

Any claim or dispute arising from or related to participation in ICC activities shall be settled by mediation and, if necessary, legally binding arbitration in accordance with the Rules of Procedure for Christian Conciliation of the Institute for Christian Conciliation, a division of Peacemaker® Ministries (complete text of the Rules is available at www.HisPeace.org). Judgment upon an arbitration decision may be entered in any court otherwise having jurisdiction. The parties understand that these methods shall be the sole remedy for any controversy or claim arising out of this agreement and expressly waive their right to file a lawsuit in any civil court against one another for such disputes, except to enforce an arbitration decision. Registration and/or tuition for a CFC event, serve as the participant’s agreement to abide by the privileges, conditions, and restrictions contained herein.
