The Board of Directors for the Institute for Cultural Communicators
Teresa M. Moon
President
Murfreesboro, TN
Contact Information:

Teresa Moon has worked in public, private and home education for 30 years. As an educator, she began to recognize a growing problem: today's youth receive little or no training in basic communication. Moreover, she realized that Christian students lacked the ability to articulate truth effectively with their culture, preventing them from impacting those around them with the truth of Christ. In response, she co-founded and serves as President of the Institute for Cultural Communicators, training students and educators around the world to speak with confidence and passion.
With nearly 16 years of experience in Christian communication education, Teresa is a nationally featured seminar speaker and author of numerous curricular resources integrating communication education into the curriculum for students in elementary school through college. She continues to lead a team of student instructors around the country on the annual Communicators for Christ Conference Tour, is President and CEO of Communicators Advantage Project, a publishing company, and hosts numerous communication events each year in the US and abroad. She holds Master of Arts degrees in Curriculum/Instruction and Administration and is currently enrolled in doctoral studies at Regent University’s School of Global Leadership and Entrepreneurship.

MY GOAL IN LIFE IS TO MAKE AUDIENCES LAUGH AND CRY.” Wendell was overheard saying these words at the ripe old age of 13. Wendell Moon has been involved with the Institute for Cultural Communicators (ICC) since the beginning. Going from a seasoned conference participant to the Director of Media Communications for ICC and now an ICC board member, Wendell has a love for media. In 2008, Wendell graduated from Carson-Newman College with degrees in Communications and Film. With nearly 6 years of experience in all aspects of film production, Wendell has produced numerous works of multi-media—from art films, short films and music videos, to corporate video promos and video curriculum. Wendell was one of only fifty students selected to attend the Los Angeles Film Studies Center in the Fall of ’07. While there, he interned for Double Feature Films. In addition to his love for media, Wendell is invested in the mission of ICC. He served as Tour Manager for the 2010 intern team, and will fill the same role in 2011. He has dedicated much of his time to producing media that helps to empower students to become effective cultural communicators.
