"Flood the Five" comes from the statistic that only 5% of Americans are ready and willing to command the public platform. The Institute for Cultural Communicators is committed to coaching Christian speakers to flood that 5%. These one and a half to two day long events, provide Christian students of all ages with opportunities to develop skills in three distinct areas: thinking, speaking and connecting with audiences.
