Tuition is refundable in accordance with the following cancellation policy:
Within 72 hours of registration: 100% of tuition paid is refundable upon receipt of written notification.
After 72 hours of registration: 90% of tuition is refundable upon receipt of written notification due to credit card charges and administrative processing fees.
Within 7 days (one week) of Conference: 100% of tuition may be credited to any items on ICC to include future conferences or materials. There are no refunds for Conference no-shows without prior written notice.
Tournament specific: After registration closes: NO refunds will be provided after registration closes for any reason.
Returned Check Policy:
There is a $20 fee for all returned checks.
Christian Conciliation:
Any claim or dispute arising from or related to participating in ICC activities shall be settled by mediation and, if necessary, legally binding arbitration in accordance with the Rules of Procedure for Christian Conciliation of the Institute for Christian Conciliation, a division of Peacemaker® Ministries (complete text of the Rules is available at www.HisPeace.org). Judgment upon an arbitration decision may be entered in any court otherwise having jurisdiction. The parties understand that these methods shall be the sole remedy for any controversy or claim arising out of this agreement and expressly waive their right to file a lawsuit in any civil court against one another for such disputes, except to enforce an arbitration decision. Registration and/or tuition for a CFC event, serve as the participant’s agreement to abide by the privileges, conditions, and restrictions contained herein.
