Renewal Fees

The Chapter Fee Schedule is comprised of 2 parts:

1. Re-enrollment Fee: Chapters must renew or re-enroll once a year. It is recommended, but not required, that Chapters collect this fee from participating families. As Chapter members may be added over the course of a year, Chapters may wish to establish their own schedule of Chapter dues. These funds can be used for paying Chapter enrollment fees, assisting with Chapter expenses, Sponsor training and scholarshipping members to ICC events or other Chapter activities. 

  • $100/year (any size)

2. Member fees: These fees are to be collected as members join the Chapter and remitted to ICC with quarterly reports. Each member on the Chapter’s roster will receive a Chapter number for use in receiving discounts on ICC curriculum and event registration.

  •  $5.00 per student speaker, ages 6-11; $8.00 per student speaker, ages 12-19.

Background Check: Chapter Sponsors who did not complete a background check during the initial application period will need to submit a Background Check form along with the $35 service fee.

Renewals for Chapters in existence prior to January 31, 2010

  • Effective May 16, 2011:
  • Renew between May 16 - June 15, 2011 - $ 60 (plus member fees)
  • Renew between June 16 - July 15, 2011 - $ 100 (plus member fees)
  • Reactivation between July 16 -September 30, 2011- $ 150 (plus member fees)
Mid Year Applications- 1 Feb- 15 May
  • Chapter Renewal - Fees still apply to Chapter member dues. Midyear Chapters will renew without the $ 100 renewal fee code for first renewal period.
Member numbers become inactive as of June 15 to allow for Convention registration.
The Chapter must be renewed for discounts for summer camp and fall conferences.
