Chapter Requirements and Recognition

ICC recognizes Chapters for documented activity which takes place between May 16th and the following May 15th
-
Any platforms or presentations accomplished after May 15th need to be recorded on the following year's report and cannot be considered for current year's Chapters of Distinction recognition
Award of Highest Distinction (first year Chapters are eligible)

Records and fees are complete and current as of May 15, 2013

100% of Members meet minimum platform requirement (2 for 6-10 years; 4 for 11+years)

the Chapter Sponsor and/or Assistant Sponsor participate on a minimum on 10 monthly conference calls, with Chapter Sponsor on a minimum of 8
-
Chapter Presentation - 95% member participation
-
Sponsor and/or Assistant Sponsor attended ICC event within past 12 months
Award of Special Distinction (first year Chapters are eligible)

Records and fees are complete and current as of May 15, 2013

85% of Members meet minimum platform requirement (2 for 6-10 years; 4 for 11+years)

The Chapter Sponsor and/or Assistant Sponsor participate on a minimum of 8 conference calls, with Chapter Sponsor on a minimum of 6

Chapter Presentation – 85% member participation

Sponsor and/or Assistant Sponsor attended ICC event within past 12 months
Chapter in Good Standing (required for renewal eligibility)

Records and fees are complete and current as of October 15; February 15; and May 15.

The Chapter Sponsor and/or Assistant Sponsor participate on a minimum of 6 separate conference calls. Attendance on Sponsor Orientation Calls and ICCFS Training Calls count towards recognized conference calls.

Attend an event within the past 12 months for all Chapter leaders (Sponsor, Assistant Sponsor, Student Leaders)

Has at least three families and seven students

A Chapter must have submitted a final report and meet all good-standing standards in order to renew.
