Hello there! Sarah Hilburn here hailing from the wondrous state of Georgia, specifically, Atlanta! I went to my very first CFC conference in the fall of 2002 where I most unwillingly participated in the BPS track. I told my mom very emphatically that I “already” knew how to talk to people. But now, here I am, 11 years later, serving wholeheartedly as Chapter Chair for the chapter group Top Talkers. I have learned so much over these years! It has indeed been an incredible journey! What we do here with ICC is very much not what our culture “expects”, and it has been a joy to watch and learn from other members. My hope as one of the National Student Leader Council Members is that I can share with you the same care that I have received from the ICC community and also impart on you the wisdom and knowledge that I have learned all along the way.
