Mission Statement: The mission of the Institute for Cultural Communicators Forensics Society (ICCFS) is to provide Chapters additional tools to train students to become competent, character-driven communicators with excellent analytical and oratorical skills.
Purpose: ICCFS prepares ICC Chapter members to shape culture through authentic communication by giving them opportunities to refine the skills developed through the Young Speakers Guild Training Series together with like-minded peers and mentors.

Debate: Public Forum
Public Forum Debate is an audience-friendly style of debate. You and a partner will debate controversial issues that are "stripped" from the newspaper headlines. New topics will be announced periodically throughout the year.

Public Advocacy
A Public Advocacy speech is a speech that is crafted to persuade others, mobilize public opinion, forge consensus, or champion a cause. It should exposit actions being taken by the speaker to deal with a specific issue and discuss tangible solutions to problems rather than altruistic ideals.
