Chapter Sponsors must renew/re-enroll their chapters every year.

All existing Chapters, upon renewal, will have their Chapter year to run from May 16, 2011 - May 15, 2012.

All Chapters, including mid-year applicants must be "Chapters in Good Standing" in order to register for the Special Events and/or to renew.

All new and renewing Chapter Sponsors and Assistant Sponsors are required to complete the required Background Check.
