Chapters are made up of eligible students from 3 or more families. While Chapters are only required to have a minimum of 7 eligible students, fees are intended to be shared by Chapter families. Larger Chapters will find they are able to distribute fees more affordably.

Opportunities for Chapter Sponsors include:

Membership in a Nation-wide Network
A key part of the long-term vision for the ICC Chapter program is the networking aspect. The relationships that conference participants, parents, and coaches form through our events have proven to be beneficial on many levels. Facilitating a nation-wide network of Chapters is a natural next step to encourage these relationships.
The Office of Chapter Reporting will maintain a reference list of Chapters and their locations to be used for the following purposes:
1. To refer prospective participants to an ICC Chapter near them
2. To put coaches in touch with each other
3. To encourage joint pursuits and camaraderie among Chapters
4. To provide support and guidance to those launching new programs
5. To connect Student Leaders with Chapters for mutual benefit, growth and achievement

(These discounts are non-transferable. Your Chapter member number MUST be provided in order to take advantage of discounts)
1. Volume Discount on quantity curriculum purchases through the ICC Bookstore online or at events.
2. 10% Discount off regular tour conference registration for each student.
3. 20% Discount off regular tour conference registration for children of the Chapter Sponsor. An additional discount is available for an Assistant Sponsor when 10 Chapter students also attend.
