This presentation is the format for any Chapter group presenting at any ICC training event.
Chapter Sponsors that would like their Chapters to present at an ICC event will have that group of students signup at check-in to the event for an audition time slot. Time and location will be provided.
Chapters must have a min of three members registered for the event to be eligible to present; all Chapter Members in the presentation must be registered for the event.
Presentations must be between 3 - 3:45 minutes.
Presentations must be previewed and approved by the onsite ICC appointed Area Coordinator(s) at National Convention.
Presentations must be focused on the structure, activities and impact of the Chapter to their local community.
The following template can be used:
30 sec - Intro – Chapter name, members names, ages, meet every other week, etc.
45 sec - Chapter Focus/overview of what makes your Chapter unique
1 min - Clip or excerpt of any speech or presentation that demonstrates how the Chapter serves the local community.
45 sec - Closing/Summary - this is what we have learned and how we are impacting our community
