 Communicators Advantage Consulting (CAC) assists parents, teachers, and schools in developing extraordinary character-driven leaders who are competent on the public platform and can engage peers in relevant discourse on issues of faith and world events because they know what they believe and how to talk about it.

Communicators Advantage Consulting accomplishes this mission in the following ways: 

• familiarizing schools with communication and leadership training programs for all students 
  
• guiding parents, teachers, and school administrators to resources that equip them to teach every genre of oral communication across all grade levels
  
• offering Professional Development seminars on an integrated approach to communication education across all academic disciplines for school faculty
  
• guiding curriculum planners to design a comprehensive communication plan based on competence and character 
  
• networking schools through co-curricular programs including competitive speaking and debating, community speaking, and leadership training opportunities
